GPPC INC. is seeking a qualified Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, water supply lines, drainage networks, and sanitary fixtures while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

PLUMBER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Plumber or in a related plumbing role.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Skilled in installing and maintaining water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding, and soldering tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in construction, maintenance, and installation environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water pipes, drainage systems, and plumbing infrastructure.
• Install and service toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Cut, bend, thread, and join pipes using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify faults, leaks, blockages, and other issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
• Test plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Replace defective components and perform system upgrades when required.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and plumbing regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and serviceable condition.
