Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Communication skills involve the ability to communicate both verbal and non-verbally with active listening and observing.

Job Description:

• Read blue prints instruction and examine surface to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
• Make on site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixture.
• Apply varnish and other finishes. Calculate costs and negotiate prices.
