Royal Saray Resort is seeking an experienced Hostess to provide exceptional guest service and support smooth restaurant operations in a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the restaurant team, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
HOSTESS
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Hostess or similar hospitality role.
- Experience working in a 4–5 star hotel is required.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations, guest waiting times, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between the restaurant floor team and front-of-house staff.
- Assist in organizing seating arrangements and accommodating large parties.
- Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain an adequate supply of menus and ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Support front-of-house operations and lead by example in delivering high service standards.
- Prepare accurate and regular reports and guest-related data as required.
