Electronics Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Electronics Engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of linear circuit design, electronic systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electronic schematics, technical drawings, and circuit diagrams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required.
• Age: 25 to 40 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and improve electronic circuits and power supply products, particularly Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) systems.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation, prototyping, and validation to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Develop and optimize linear circuit designs based on product specifications and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, circuit, and electronic component issues during product development and production.
• Conduct product testing, failure analysis, and root cause investigations to improve product quality and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, circuit diagrams, specifications, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance, and procurement, throughout the product development cycle.
• Support manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance and resolving engineering-related production issues.
• Evaluate new electronic components and technologies to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects as assigned.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
