Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Mechanical Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience in mechanical design is required; experience in plastic product design is an advantage.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Inventor, or similar engineering design applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of Mandarin and Industrial Design is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Age: 25 to 40 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical components, assemblies, and products based on engineering and customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software for product development and manufacturing.
• Conduct design analysis, feasibility studies, and engineering calculations to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Develop prototypes and support product testing, validation, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, R&D, and procurement teams throughout the product development process.
• Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, durability, and quality.
• Prepare engineering documentation, technical specifications, bills of materials (BOM), and design reports.
• Troubleshoot mechanical design issues and recommend effective engineering solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product performance.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, company procedures, and applicable quality requirements.
• Provide technical support during production and assist in resolving manufacturing-related engineering issues.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
