Royal Saray Resort is seeking an experienced Hostess to provide exceptional guest service and support smooth restaurant operations in a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the restaurant team, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.

HOSTESS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Hostess or similar hospitality role.
• Experience working in a 4–5 star hotel is required.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage reservations, guest waiting times, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate communication between the restaurant floor team and front-of-house staff.
• Assist in organizing seating arrangements and accommodating large parties.
• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain an adequate supply of menus and ensure they are clean and presentable.
• Support front-of-house operations and lead by example in delivering high service standards.
• Prepare accurate and regular reports and guest-related data as required.
