Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain extremely active Executive/Management schedule/calendar.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Management and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings/conferences including travel.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
