Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City is seeking a highly organized and professional Correspondent Assistant for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support, manage correspondence, coordinate communications, and assist in ensuring the efficient operation of office functions.
Correspondent Assistant
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administration, office support, or secretarial functions.
- Strong knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, receive, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, reports, and official documents.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and department personnel.
- Draft letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, and other business communications.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Handle telephone calls, inquiries, and communications professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor office correspondence and ensure timely responses to internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation as required.
- Assist in data entry, record management, and document control activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and official records.
- Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned by management.
