Dr. Sultan Company is seeking organized and professional Secretaries for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support while ensuring efficient office operations and professional communication within the company.
SECRETARY
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a related office support role.
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another related field.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional appearance and positive work attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and office staff.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office files, records, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare business documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external contacts as needed.
- Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and general office organization.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications.
- Ensure confidentiality of company records, documents, and sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
