MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS & CONTRACTS MANAGER / SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have at least five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant work experience in swimming pool maintenance, technical operations, and contract management.
• Must have experience managing technical teams, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
• Must have strong leadership, technical, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Must have knowledge of swimming pool maintenance systems, water treatment, filtration, pumps, and related mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be capable of developing operational procedures and improving service efficiency and profitability.
• Must possess a valid passport and complete employment documents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance operations and oversee technical teams responsible for swimming pool maintenance services.
• Plan, organize, and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise the inspection, cleaning, servicing, and repair of swimming pool systems and equipment.
• Oversee swimming pool maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with agreed service standards and contractual obligations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, maintenance plans, and quality control measures.
• Monitor water quality, filtration systems, pumps, chemical treatment, and other pool maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and technical personnel regarding maintenance activities and service requirements.
• Manage workforce assignments, equipment, materials, and operational resources.
• Identify business development opportunities and establish strategies to increase company revenue and profitability.
• Negotiate service agreements, prepare proposals, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor operational expenses, project performance, and contract profitability.
• Conduct swimming instruction and provide guidance on swimming techniques, water safety, and proper pool practices as required by the employer.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable swimming pool maintenance standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
