Jarir Bookstore is seeking qualified AC Technicians for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of cooling equipment in commercial facilities.

AC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male, 25 to 40 years old.
• With a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience as an AC Technician.
• Diploma in a related field is preferred.
• NC II certification or relevant training certificates is an advantage.
• Experienced in the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of split-type and window-type air conditioning units.
• Experience working locally or overseas in technical maintenance roles is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, and HVAC maintenance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance and installation work.
• Preferably with a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair split-type and window-type air conditioning systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system faults.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of air conditioning units.
• Inspect, clean, and replace filters, coils, compressors, motors, and other AC components as required.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system testing.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
• Ensure that all installation and repair work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Provide technical recommendations and explain maintenance requirements when necessary.
