Chef de Partie (Pastry)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in pastry production or a similar culinary role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to high-quality food production and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked products according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage the daily operations of the pastry section and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain consistency in the preparation, presentation, and taste of all pastry products.
- Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage of pastry products and supplies.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff and pastry team members.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal dessert offerings.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing or kitchen management for ingredient requirements.
- Control food waste and contribute to cost management initiatives.
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow company policies, kitchen procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

- High School Diploma if High School Graduate
- Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
- Employment certificates (previous to present)
- Trainings attended
- Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
- Passport copy (1 year valid)
