Safari Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to manage and lead our cleaning teams across various facility management projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and capable of supervising a multi-cultural team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

Cleaning Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, aged 26 to 36 years old
• Good personality with strong communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work across any kind of facility management project in Saudi Arabia
• Hardworking and physically fit
• Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a multi-cultural cleaning team
• Ensure cleaning standards meet company and client requirements
• Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to staff
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Coordinate daily cleaning operations for different facility management projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Address client concerns and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Motivate the team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality performance
