Safari Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to manage and lead our cleaning teams across various facility management projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and capable of supervising a multi-cultural team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
Cleaning Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, aged 26 to 36 years old
- Good personality with strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work across any kind of facility management project in Saudi Arabia
- Hardworking and physically fit
- Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a multi-cultural cleaning team
- Ensure cleaning standards meet company and client requirements
- Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to staff
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Coordinate daily cleaning operations for different facility management projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address client concerns and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Motivate the team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality performance
