GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Must be a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or a related field.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong knowledge of general building and equipment maintenance.
• Experience in basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and HVAC maintenance is required.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair various facility and equipment issues.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual maintenance work.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machines, mechanical equipment, and building facilities.
• Perform general maintenance and repair work on buildings, facilities, and properties.
• Conduct painting, patching, flooring repairs, and other building maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and fixtures.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on air-conditioning and heating systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working condition.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or unsafe equipment and facility conditions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Perform general cleaning, upkeep, and property maintenance as required.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures when performing maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform other related duties as assigned.
