The Box Botique Trading Group is seeking creative and skilled Chocolate Makers for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will create artisan chocolates, decorative desserts, and customized confectionery products while maintaining high-quality presentation standards.

CHOCOLATE MAKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in chocolate making, cake decorating, or related pastry work.
• Candidates must be at least high school graduates.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Skilled in cake decorating, chocolate making, design, and crafting.
• Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in decorating techniques such as piping, fondant covering, airbrushing, and sculpting.
• Ability to create customized chocolate products and decorative dessert presentations.
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Passionate about pastry arts and confectionery design.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and craft artisan chocolates, confectionery products, and decorative desserts.
• Decorate cakes and chocolate products using piping, fondant, airbrushing, sculpting, and other techniques.
• Design customized chocolate displays and dessert presentations based on customer requests and special occasions.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and visual appeal of all products.
• Maintain freshness and proper storage of ingredients, chocolates, and finished products.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist in developing creative product designs and seasonal dessert concepts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Monitor inventory of baking and chocolate-making supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete customer orders efficiently and on schedule.
