WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Professional attitude with a presentable appearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, courteous, and professional service.
• Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and recommend food and beverage selections.
• Accurately take customer orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain clean dining tables and service areas.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other restaurant duties as assigned.
