Services Manager (Grocery Retail)
Qualifications:
- Substantial sales experience at an executive level.
- 5 – 8 years experience in service industries with emphasis in wholesale of general merchandise.
- Mature with leadership qualities.
- Co-operation and friendly manner so as to develop good relationships with staff and clients.
- Responsible work habits.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing OR Qualified by Experience
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and direct grocery sales activities and staff of the trading divisions.
- Liaise with Marketing and Grocery Buyer in regards to promotional activities.
- Negotiate with major customers.
- Preparation of various monthly reports to support the General Manager.
- Chair regular sales meetings including all grocery sales staff appraising performance and directing activities.
- Conduct market development activities.
