TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking a qualified Mason to perform construction, masonry, and concrete-related works for residential and commercial building projects in accordance with technical drawings, construction standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Age: 22–40 years old
• Minimum of 2 years masonry experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents
• Experience in mixing concrete, mortar, and grout
• Skilled in building walls, partitions, and structural masonry works
• Experience in installing concrete curbs
• Ability to operate construction tools and equipment such as:
  • Trowels
  • Spirit levels
  • String lines
  • Vibratory compaction equipment
  • Tampers (rammers)
  • Hand tools and power tools
• Strong understanding of construction principles, safety protocols, and best practices
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor and construction site environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry works including laying bricks, blocks, and stones according to project specifications
• Construct and repair walls, partitions, foundations, and other structural elements
• Prepare and mix concrete, mortar, and grout based on required ratios and standards
• Install concrete curbs and related structural components
• Read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry work
• Follow workplace safety procedures and construction site regulations at all times
• Assist other construction workers and coordinate with site supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools
