CONCRETE/PRECAST/MOULDING WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a precast concrete manufacturing plant.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a production team after completing company training.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience operating an overhead crane with a valid certification is required.
  • Forklift operating experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of precast concrete production processes, mold preparation, concrete pouring, finishing, and demolding.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual work, lifting materials, and working in an industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare molds and forms for the production of precast concrete elements.
  • Fill molds with reinforcement materials and concrete according to production specifications.
  • Pour, compact, level, and finish concrete to achieve the required quality and dimensions.
  • Remove finished concrete products from molds (demolding) using proper handling techniques.
  • Clean, repair, and prepare molds and forms for the next production cycle.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Handle raw materials and finished concrete products while following workplace safety procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions to ensure accurate manufacturing.
  • Operate overhead cranes for lifting and moving concrete molds and finished products, where certified.
  • Assist with forklift operations when qualified and authorized.
  • Inspect finished concrete products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other production and manufacturing duties assigned by supervisors.
