Almarjan Alhaditha Company For Contracting is seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Tools Cleaners / Kitchen Stewards to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in kitchen and dishwashing areas in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting kitchen tools and equipment, operating dishwashing facilities, managing waste, assisting with deliveries and stock rotation, and following established health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Kitchen Tools Cleaner

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Willing to learn proper kitchen cleaning, sanitation, and stewarding procedures.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate commercial dishwashing machines and use a three-compartment sink.
• Knowledge of sanitation and chemical safety is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and perform cleaning duties for the entire shift.
• Able to perform repetitive cleaning, washing, lifting, carrying, bending, and other physical tasks.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and detail.
• Reliable, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
• Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and workplace policies.
• Willing to properly handle cleaning chemicals and use required protective equipment.
• Able to work cooperatively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and the 3-compartment sink according to established procedures.
• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store kitchen utensils, tools, cookware, trays, and equipment.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen work areas, dishwashing areas, sinks, counters, and food preparation surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and service areas.
• Remove food debris, grease, and other waste from kitchen tools and equipment.
• Inspect cleaned utensils and equipment to ensure they meet required cleanliness standards.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals, detergents, sanitizers, and other cleaning supplies.
• Follow chemical safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain clean and properly organized dishwashing and kitchen storage areas.
• Collect, separate, and dispose of kitchen waste according to company procedures.
• Maintain trash cans, garbage collection points, dumpster areas, and recycling areas in clean and sanitary condition.
• Assist in recycling and proper segregation of waste materials.
• Receive food, kitchen, and other operational deliveries when assigned.
• Assist with unloading and safely moving delivered supplies and materials.
• Check delivered items for quantity, condition, and obvious damage and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist with proper stock rotation using established inventory procedures.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
• Assist kitchen staff by ensuring clean tools, utensils, and equipment are readily available.
• Maintain adequate supplies of detergents, sanitizers, gloves, cleaning materials, and other assigned supplies.
• Report damaged equipment, plumbing issues, blocked drains, unsafe conditions, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Follow workplace health and safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the entire shift.
• Perform other kitchen stewarding, cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and support duties as assigned by management.
