Kabusoworks, under Murakami Satoshi, is seeking qualified Scaffolders (SSW) for its shipbuilding and ship machinery projects in Japan. The selected candidates will be responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently, supporting ship construction and maintenance operations.

SCAFFOLDER (SSW)

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Physically and mentally ready to work abroad.
• Medically fit to perform assigned duties.
• Knowledge of skill standards and ability to meet language proficiency requirements.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements:

• Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment to ensure stability and safety.
• Collaborate with construction and shipbuilding teams to support daily operations.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report hazards, incidents, or scaffold issues to supervisors.

(A) First Timer
1. Prometric Exam in desired skill category
2. JLPT N4 or JFT Basic with a score above 200.

(B) If TITP Graduate applying to same skill category
1. OTIT or JITCO Certificate
2. Grade 3 Certificate (Senmonkyuu)
3. If TITP Graduate, no need for JLPT N4 or JFT Basic.

(C) If TITP Graduate applying to a different skill category
1. OTIT or JITCO Certificate
2. Prometric Exam in desired skill category
3. If TITP graduate, JLPT N4, or JFT Basic are required.

Salary and Benefits:

• Gross Salary 208,000 JPY (PHP 77,700.63)
• TITP THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT
• MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO 3-4 MONTHS OF FREE JAPANESE LANGUAGE TRAINING
