TCG Salesman / Saleslady
Qualifications:
- Age 21–32 years old.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or merchandising is an advantage.
- Interest or familiarity with Trading Card Games (TCG) and related products is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to explain product information clearly and assist customers with their purchases.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable promoting products and meeting sales objectives.
- Strong attention to detail when handling merchandise, prices, quantities, and inventory.
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain attractive product displays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and assisting customers for extended periods.
- Professional, courteous, presentable, and well-groomed.
- Honest, responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse retail team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information about TCG products, prices, features, and available promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting trading cards, booster packs, starter decks, accessories, and other related products.
- Explain basic product details, editions, sets, and available merchandise to customers when required.
- Promote TCG products and support sales targets and promotional activities.
- Maintain attractive, organized, and properly stocked TCG product displays.
- Arrange trading cards and related merchandise according to store display standards.
- Monitor product availability and report low-stock, damaged, missing, or misplaced items.
- Assist with receiving and checking new TCG merchandise and related products.
- Verify product labels, prices, quantities, packaging, and display information.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock monitoring.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement.
- Keep shelves, display areas, counters, and assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with cashiers and other sales personnel to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Assist with promotional displays, new product launches, and special TCG-related activities.
- Maintain proper records and report sales or inventory concerns as required.
- Follow company policies, retail procedures, merchandising standards, and workplace regulations.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and well-groomed appearance.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other store duties as assigned.
- Perform other sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service duties assigned by management.
