TEAM MEMBER

Qualifications:

• Male or female applicants aged 21 to 28 years old.
• College-level education or college graduate.
• At least 1–2 years of supermarket work experience.
• Experience using POS systems and processing card transactions.
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically and medically fit for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide courteous customer service.
• Support daily supermarket operations, including product arrangement, shelf replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process customer payments accurately, including card transactions.
• Handle cash and payment transactions in accordance with company procedures, where assigned.
• Help monitor product availability and maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
