HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred
- At least 2 yrs. experience in housekeeping position in a 3 / 4-star hotel (with or without GCC experience)
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Dusting and polishing furniture, surfaces, and fixtures. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Cleaning windows,
mirrors, and glass surfaces. Disinfecting and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Emptying trash bins - Bedroom Maintenance: Making beds and changing linens. Organizing and tidying up bedrooms. Cleaning and organizing closets.
- Laundry and Linen Care: Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens. Sorting and separating laundry items based on care instructions.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Wiping down countertops, appliances, and kitchen surfaces. Cleaning the inside of the microwave, oven, and refrigerator.
Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. - Organization: Organizing items in an orderly manner. Straightening up living spaces and common areas.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensuring bathrooms and kitchens are well-stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies.
- Specialized Cleaning: Performing deep cleaning tasks periodically, such as washing walls, baseboards, and ceiling fans. Shampooing carpets and
rugs. Polishing silverware and delicate items. - Maintenance: Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the facility. Notifying the appropriate personnel about any damages or
maintenance requirements.
