Modular Scaffolder

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in scaffolding within the industrial sector is a common requirement.
• To be able to work at heights and lift heavy weights, demonstrating physical strength and stamina.
• The ability to interpret and understand scaffold drawings is crucial.
• Good English skills are often needed for communication and following instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Erecting and Dismantling. Building and taking down scaffolding structures according to project requirements and safety standards.
• Working with prefabricated or modular scaffolding components, potentially including systems like Pro Scaff, Ringlock, Quick Stage, Tube & Clip, and other proprietary systems.
• Regularly inspecting scaffolding structures for defects, wear and tear, and ensuring they meet safety standards.
• Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately position scaffolding components.
• May be required to keep records of inspections, safety assessments, and materials used.
• Working closely with other construction workers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure scaffolding supports project needs.
