On Group Co., Ltd. is seeking experienced Landscaping Workers for an overseas employment opportunity in Japan. The position is suitable for workers with practical experience in landscaping, land clearing, tree cutting, brush cutting, and site preparation.
Applicants with previous Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) experience in Japan and the required Japanese language and skills qualifications may be eligible for this SSW opportunity.
LANDSCAPING WORKS
Qualifications:
- Must have successfully completed at least 3 years under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in Japan.
- Must possess a valid Japanese language proficiency certificate, such as JLPT, or JFT-Basic.
- Must possess a Prometric Skills Test Certificate if the candidate’s previous TITP occupation differs from the position being applied for.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- No specific educational attainment required by the employer.
- Preferably 40 years old or below.
- Experience in tree cutting, land clearing, brush cutting, and site preparation is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of operating chainsaws, brush cutters, and other landscaping equipment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor and manual work.
- Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance work.
- Conduct tree cutting, trimming, and removal activities.
- Clear vegetation, bushes, branches, and other unwanted growth from work areas.
- Perform brush cutting and land clearing using appropriate equipment.
- Prepare sites for landscaping, construction, or other development activities.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use chainsaws, brush cutters, and other power tools when qualified.
- Remove cut branches, vegetation, debris, and other materials from work areas.
- Assist with ground preparation and related landscaping activities.
- Maintain and organize landscaping tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when operating machinery and cutting equipment.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Work efficiently as part of a landscaping or construction team.
- Perform other duties related to landscaping and site preparation as assigned.
