Emdad Human Resources Company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. The successful candidate will ensure machining accuracy, maintain equipment, perform dimensional inspections, and follow strict workplace safety and production procedures.

Experience in manufacturing or defense-related production environments can be particularly relevant to this position.

CNC Machinist

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Skilled in setting up and operating CNC milling and/or CNC turning machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
• Knowledge of CNC machine programming and G-code is an advantage.
• Experience machining metal components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Technical or vocational certification in Machining, CNC Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing or defense-related environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Willing to follow workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or CNC turning machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and machining instructions.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding equipment.
• Set machine parameters, offsets, speeds, feeds, and cutting conditions as required.
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision metal components within specified tolerances.
• Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges to inspect finished components.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Identify machining defects, dimensional deviations, and machine-related problems.
• Make basic CNC program adjustments where required.
• Apply knowledge of G-code and CNC programming where applicable.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow approved machining procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, tools, and finished components.
• Coordinate with quality inspectors, engineers, supervisors, and other production personnel.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
