Gastronomica General Trading Company WLL is seeking reliable and customer-oriented Cashiers to join its Food & Beverage operations in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

CASHIER

Qualifications:

• At least College Level or College Graduate.
• Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years validity remaining.
• Previous experience in cashiering, restaurant service, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality and restaurant environments.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer payments and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, orders, and services.
• Make menu recommendations, answer questions, and share additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Take customer orders and coordinate with service and kitchen teams for order preparation and delivery.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and service areas.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate reconciliation of daily sales transactions.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures at all times.
