BARBER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a barber.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in men’s haircutting, styling, and grooming services is required.
• Strong knowledge of modern haircut styles, blending, and fading techniques.
• Ability to work with clippers, scissors, razors, and other barbering equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and professional grooming standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hair cutting, trimming, and styling services for clients.
• Provide grooming services suitable for various hair types and textures.
• Use barbering tools such as clippers, shears, razors, and trimmers efficiently and safely.
• Create blending and fading hairstyles with precision and consistency.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming options based on client preferences.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail during every service.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.
• Sanitize and disinfect barbering tools and equipment after every use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the workstation and salon area.
• Follow salon safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Keep up with current grooming trends and modern barbering techniques.
