RESTAURANT RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in hospitality, restaurant reception, or customer service roles.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
  • Ability to efficiently manage guest seating and customer flow during busy periods.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Customer-focused with strong hospitality skills.
  • Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity remaining.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations, guest seating, and waiting lists efficiently.
  • Balance customer flow among servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special seating requests professionally.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff and management regarding table availability and service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Follow company hospitality standards, policies, and operational procedures at all times.
