RESTAURANT RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in hospitality, restaurant reception, or customer service roles.
- Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
- Ability to efficiently manage guest seating and customer flow during busy periods.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- Customer-focused with strong hospitality skills.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity remaining.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, guest seating, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Balance customer flow among servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special seating requests professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff and management regarding table availability and service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Follow company hospitality standards, policies, and operational procedures at all times.
