Housekeeping Attendant

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, or designated areas following established cleanliness standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens.
• Handle room appliances (e.g., coffee makers, refrigerators) and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in these areas.
• Notify supervisor once rooms are ready for occupancy and report any rooms that cannot be serviced.
• Report safety hazards and needed repairs in guest rooms or public areas.
• Maintain supply levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with deep cleaning or additional tasks when required.
• Ensure that lost and found items are handled according to procedures.
