SURVEYOR QUANTITY
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure, highway, or major civil engineering projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, particularly for mega infrastructure and highway projects.
- Strong experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), evaluating project variations, and calculating earthwork quantities.
- Knowledge of highway construction methods, civil engineering practices, and contract documentation.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and report preparation skills.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for infrastructure, highway, and civil engineering projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D to calculate earthwork quantities, including cut-and-fill analysis, volume computations, and terrain modeling.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, and progress to ensure effective budget control.
- Evaluate project variations, change orders, and additional work, and prepare supporting quantity and cost documentation.
- Conduct quantity verification for completed works and assist in preparing progress payment applications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and site teams to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
- Analyze project drawings and technical specifications to identify quantity discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare quantity reports, cost forecasts, and project documentation for management and clients.
- Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and procurement activities by providing accurate quantity information.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, engineering standards, and company procedures.
- Perform other quantity surveying and project control duties assigned by management.
