Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Structural Fitters to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling, fitting, aligning, and installing structural steel components used in industrial facilities, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

STRUCTURAL FITTER

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Structural Fitter in construction, industrial, or oil and gas environments.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical plans.
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication, fit-up procedures, and installation techniques.
• Skilled in using fitting tools, measuring equipment, and fabrication machinery.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction site conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Assemble, fit, align, and install structural steel members, beams, columns, platforms, supports, and other steel components.
• Measure, mark, cut, and prepare structural materials for installation.
• Perform fit-up activities prior to welding and ensure proper alignment and dimensional accuracy.
• Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with welders, riggers, supervisors, and engineers during installation activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety procedures.
• Report material defects, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other structural fitting duties as assigned by the employer.
