World-One Information Business Cooperative is seeking qualified and physically fit Scaffolders for a Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) opportunity in Japan. The successful candidates will assist in the safe assembly, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures at construction sites. Male applicants aged 20β35 with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants outside the preferred age range may also be considered, subject to employer approval.
SCAFFOLDER (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, preferably 20β35 years old.
- Applicants below or above the preferred age range may still apply, subject to employer approval.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor construction environments.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training, free of charge.
- Willing to comply with the requirements of the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install scaffolding structures according to construction plans and safety requirements.
- Dismantle scaffolding safely after construction activities are completed.
- Inspect scaffolding components, platforms, braces, ladders, and connections before use.
- Secure scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safe working conditions.
- Carry, move, and position scaffolding materials and equipment at construction sites.
- Assist construction workers by providing safe access and working platforms.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced scaffolders.
- Ensure scaffolding materials are properly stored and handled.
- Identify damaged or unsafe scaffolding components and report them immediately.
- Follow Japanese construction site safety rules and procedures.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work safely at heights and follow proper fall-prevention procedures.
- Cooperate with other workers and construction teams to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform other scaffolding-related duties as assigned.
