CAS Recruitment Ltd – Greek Branch is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join a professional hotel team in Greece. The ideal candidate should have solid hotel industry experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide efficient and welcoming front desk service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Hotel Industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming personality.
- Competent in checking guests in and out efficiently and handling all necessary paperwork and payments.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, facilities, and local attractions.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints calmly, professionally, and effectively.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills when working with housekeeping, restaurant, management, and other hotel departments.
- Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and commitment to providing quality guest service.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a newly renewed passport.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage daily front desk operations and provide courteous assistance to hotel guests.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while completing all required documentation and procedures.
- Process room payments, deposits, and other guest transactions accurately.
- Verify guest information and maintain accurate reservation and registration records.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, amenities, policies, and operating hours.
- Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, activities, and other points of interest.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications in a professional manner.
- Manage reservations, room availability, and booking-related inquiries using hotel management systems.
- Operate computer systems, point-of-sale systems, and hotel management software as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure accurate room status information and timely room availability.
- Communicate with other hotel departments to address guest requests and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, complaints, and special requests.
- Resolve routine customer issues effectively and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and properly handle guest information and hotel records.
- Prepare and organize front desk reports, forms, receipts, and other required documentation.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, luggage-related concerns, and other reasonable requests.
- Monitor front desk activities and ensure that hotel policies and service standards are consistently followed.
- Handle multiple guest requests and front desk tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues while contributing to a positive hotel environment.
- Perform other front desk, reception, and guest service duties as assigned by management.
Salary Package:
- Salary starts at Php 43,000.00 net monthly.
- 48 Work Hours per week.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- Nine (9) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
