CAS Recruitment Ltd – Greek Branch is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join a professional hospitality team in Greece. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide efficient and friendly beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Good knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and mixology techniques.
- Ability to prepare and present a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of bar cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene, and safe beverage-handling practices.
- Ability to maintain an organized bar station and manage beverage supplies effectively.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills when working with other hospitality staff.
- Ability to handle customer requests and service concerns professionally.
- Certification in responsible beverage service is a plus.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of standing and working for extended periods in a busy bar environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Must have a newly renewed passport.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, mocktails, juices, soft drinks, coffee, and other beverages as required.
- Apply proper mixology techniques, measurements, garnishing, and presentation when preparing drinks.
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and accommodating manner.
- Take beverage orders accurately and process them promptly.
- Explain available drinks, cocktails, ingredients, specials, and beverage options to customers when requested.
- Recommend suitable beverages based on customer preferences and requests.
- Ensure drinks are prepared consistently in terms of taste, quality, appearance, and portion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented bar and service area at all times.
- Prepare the bar station before service and ensure all necessary ingredients, glassware, utensils, and supplies are available.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies and report shortages when necessary.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately when required.
- Operate POS or cashiering systems and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Follow responsible beverage service practices and comply with applicable company policies.
- Check customer requests and respond professionally to questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate with waitstaff, kitchen personnel, supervisors, and other hospitality team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and food and beverage safety standards throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, counters, workstations, and other assigned areas.
- Minimize product waste through proper measuring, storage, handling, and preparation.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining accuracy and customer service standards.
- Perform other bartending and beverage service duties as assigned by management.
Salary Package:
- Salary starts at Php 43,000.00 net monthly.
- 48 Work Hours per week.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- Nine (9) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
