We are seeking a skilled Crawler Crane Operator to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment for lifting and moving materials in industrial and outdoor environments.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience operating cranes in construction, industrial, or related projects.
• Knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, rigging techniques, and load-handling practices.
• Able to perform pre-operational inspections and identify basic equipment defects or safety concerns.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site environments.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and ability to follow lifting and operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  Able to work effectively under pressure and in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy equipment, materials, and objects according to project requirements.
• Set up and position cranes properly at job sites, ensuring ground stability and safe operating conditions.
• Install and properly use outriggers, cribbing, rigging equipment, and other required safety devices.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and routine safety checks before operating the crane.
• Verify load weights, lifting capacity, load limits, and lifting plans before performing lifting operations.
• Follow proper signaling, communication, and rigging procedures when working with riggers and other site personnel.
• Operate cranes according to manufacturer specifications, site procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
• Monitor crane performance and immediately report mechanical problems, defects, or unsafe conditions.
• Assist with basic crane maintenance and ensure the equipment remains clean and in good working condition.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area during lifting and material-handling operations.
• Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other crane operation and lifting-related duties as assigned.
