Job Vacancy: GROUND HANDLING

Trajalfrere Ltd. is seeking qualified and hardworking Ground Handling personnel to support airport ground operations in Japan. The successful candidates will assist with the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, equipment, and other ground service activities while following airport safety and operational procedures. Applicants with Japanese language proficiency of at least N4 level are encouraged to apply.

GROUND HANDLING

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants.
• Must have Japanese language proficiency of at least N4 level.
• Previous work experience in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) is an advantage.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Physically fit and capable of performing lifting, carrying, and other ground handling duties.
• Able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by airport operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of passenger baggage, cargo, and other aircraft-related materials.
• Handle baggage and cargo carefully to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement.
• Transport baggage, cargo, and equipment between designated airport areas.
• Assist in preparing ground equipment and work areas for aircraft arrival and departure.
• Operate ground support equipment as authorized and properly trained.
• Follow airport procedures for baggage, cargo, and ground handling operations.
• Assist ground crew in maintaining efficient aircraft turnaround operations.
• Check baggage and cargo for proper identification and handling requirements.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly handled baggage and cargo to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas and equipment.
• Follow strict airport safety, security, and workplace procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment when required.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other ground handling personnel.
• Perform other airport ground service duties as assigned.
