AIS Global Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Solid Plasterer to perform high-quality wall and ceiling finishing work on construction projects in Australia. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on plastering experience, particularly in commercial and residential projects, and will be responsible for achieving smooth, durable, and professionally finished surfaces. Applicants with documented plastering experience and a valid driver’s license are encouraged to apply.

Solid Plasterer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Plasterer.
• Must have a Certificate of Employment (COE) as a Plasterer.
• Proven experience in ceiling and wall plastering and finishing.
• Experience working on commercial projects, including hotels, offices, and malls, and/or residential homes.
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, tools, and finishing methods.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be a college graduate or have completed at least 1 year of college.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Physically fit and capable of performing plastering work for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a construction team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering by cleaning, repairing, leveling, and applying appropriate base materials.
• Apply solid plaster, render, and other plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform high-quality wall and ceiling finishing work.
• Measure, mix, and apply plastering materials according to project requirements.
• Create smooth, even, and properly finished surfaces.
• Repair cracks, holes, damaged plaster, and other surface imperfections.
• Work with different plastering tools, materials, and equipment.
• Read and follow construction drawings, specifications, and project instructions.
• Perform plastering work on commercial projects such as hotels, offices, and malls, as well as residential properties.
• Inspect completed surfaces to ensure quality, consistency, and proper finish.
• Maintain plastering tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Coordinate with other construction trades and site supervisors to meet project schedules.
• Perform other plastering and finishing duties as assigned.
