Saudi Company For Hardware (SACO) is seeking a qualified Female Sales Representative to promote products, build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and support merchandising activities while delivering excellent customer service and enhancing product visibility within retail environments.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
- Male/Female applicants
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, merchandising, retail operations, or a related role.
- Experience in SACO, FMCG, retail, or similar sales environments is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to promote products and improve product visibility within retail locations.
- Good command of English; basic Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to customers while achieving sales objectives and targets.
- Communicate product applications, usage instructions, promotions, new product launches, and key product benefits to customers and store personnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements when necessary.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Gather customer feedback and market information to support business growth and product improvement.
- Prepare sales reports, customer activity records, and merchandising updates.
- Negotiate for improved product placement and visibility within assigned retail areas.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
- Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and retail standards.
