Namerah Industrial Co. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Industrial Sales Representative specializing in air compressors and compressed air systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating sales, and achieving sales targets across industrial sectors.
INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (AIR COMPRESSOR)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial air compressors and compressed air systems.
- Proven experience in preparing quotations, following up with customers, and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of industrial air compressors, compressed air equipment, pneumatic systems, and related products.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or sales management software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell industrial air compressors, compressed air systems, and related products and services to new and existing customers.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing, construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their operational requirements and providing suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and site assessments to recommend appropriate compressed air systems.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Coordinate with engineering, technical support, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates, product availability, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the company.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, forecasts, and activity reports using the company’s CRM or reporting system.
- Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities when required.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and health and safety requirements.
- Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by management.
