VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or related retail position.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong creativity and understanding of visual presentation techniques.
• Knowledgeable in arranging products to maximize visibility and customer appeal.
• Ability to create window displays, interior layouts, signage, and floor plans aligned with brand identity.
• Familiarity with market trends, seasonal themes, and retail merchandising strategies.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and aesthetic presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange products strategically to maximize visibility, attractiveness, and sales performance.
• Create and implement compelling window displays, interior layouts, signage, and floor plans.
• Utilize lighting, props, colors, and display techniques to enhance customer engagement.
• Update displays regularly to reflect new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop visual merchandising strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and sales data.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across displays.
• Monitor store presentation standards and ensure displays remain clean and organized.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to improve merchandising effectiveness.
• Ensure visual displays comply with company guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and proper handling of display materials, props, and promotional items.
