STOREKEEPER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or a related discipline.
- Must be fully conversant in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Experience using the Saudi Aramco Material Supply System is required.
- Must have hands-on experience preparing material requisitions using SAP.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material control procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate inventory records under pressure.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, record, and store materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control using SAP and other inventory management systems.
- Prepare and process material requisitions in SAP to support project and maintenance requirements.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to authorized personnel while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement personnel to replenish inventory as needed.
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and protected from damage or deterioration.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and warehouse audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate in accordance with the Saudi Aramco Material Supply System and company warehouse procedures.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement records, and other warehouse documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties assigned by management.
