COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in food service or counter sales operations.
• Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in food handling, order processing, and counter operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced food service environments.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to follow company service standards and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Sell displayed food items and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Organize and maintain smooth counter operations and food display presentation.
• Process orders received from waiters and ensure timely preparation and service.
• Arrange customer orders according to company service standards and serving timeframes.
• Greet and serve walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
• Provide customers with accurate product information and recommendations.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of counter areas, utensils, and display sections.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and order delivery.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and order documentation accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace sanitation standards at all times.
