AIMS Leading Industrial Factory (ALIF) is seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance & Electrical Technicians to support the reliable operation of heavy wire forming and industrial production lines in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will handle motor rewinding, electrical maintenance, industrial hydraulics, gearbox systems, PLCs, motor drives, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted factory operations.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE & ELECTRICAL

• Must have completed Grade 12 / Senior High School or equivalent intermediate level.
• Proven expertise in motor dismantling, winding, rewinding, insulation, reassembly, and testing.
• Experienced in servicing 3-phase industrial AC/DC induction motors and transformers.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with industrial hydraulics, gearboxes, PLCs, and motor drives.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy wire forming or similar industrial production lines.
• Knowledge of PLC-based automation systems and industrial control equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment problems.
• Skilled in using electrical testing instruments and maintenance tools.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and industrial equipment reliability.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical and electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of workplace electrical safety, machine safety, and proper PPE requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to equipment reliability.
• Reliable, disciplined, hardworking, and able to work effectively with production and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, rewind, reassemble, and test 3-phase industrial AC/DC induction motors.
• Perform motor winding and rewinding according to required specifications and technical standards.
• Carry out proper insulation, varnishing, drying, and testing of motor windings.
• Inspect motor components such as windings, bearings, shafts, terminals, and insulation systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults, motor failures, short circuits, insulation problems, and other equipment abnormalities.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and testing of industrial transformers.
• Conduct electrical tests on motors, transformers, and related electrical components.
• Install, connect, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical equipment and control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy wire forming and production lines.
• Inspect and maintain industrial hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial gearboxes, drive systems, and mechanical transmission equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems.
• Diagnose faults involving PLC inputs, outputs, sensors, actuators, and control circuits.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motor drives and variable frequency drives (VFDs) as required.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns and production downtime.
• Lubricate, adjust, align, and replace mechanical and electrical components as necessary.
• Assist in machine installation, commissioning, modification, and equipment upgrades.
• Use appropriate electrical testing instruments and diagnostic tools to identify faults and verify repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, repairs, and replacement parts.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with production operators and other maintenance personnel to address equipment problems promptly.
• Follow electrical, mechanical, industrial, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing maintenance and electrical work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance workshop and work area.
• Perform other electrical, mechanical, automation, and industrial maintenance duties assigned by management.
