WAREHOUSE WORKER

Qualifications:

  • No experience required. Previous experience as a warehouse worker is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse duties involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and repetitive movements.
  • At least high school graduate.
  • Basic English communication skills (A2 level).
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willing to perform routine and repetitive warehouse tasks.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Good attention to detail, particularly when picking, sorting, scanning, packing, and labeling products.
  • Responsible, reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willing to follow workplace safety rules, warehouse procedures, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort products and packages according to established warehouse procedures.
  • Pick items accurately based on orders, lists, or electronic instructions.
  • Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment.
  • Label, scan, and process products using warehouse systems and equipment.
  • Move, load, unload, and organize goods within designated warehouse areas.
  • Check products and packages for visible damage, incorrect quantities, or labeling issues.
  • Place products in the correct storage locations and maintain organized inventory areas.
  • Assist with inventory counting and stock management activities.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely, as instructed.
  • Follow established procedures for order fulfillment, packing, sorting, and dispatch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and warehouse areas.
  • Follow workplace health and safety rules, including proper lifting and handling procedures.
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow site safety instructions.
  • Report damaged products, equipment problems, safety concerns, or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Meet assigned productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors and other warehouse personnel.
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and bending.
  • Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and supervisor instructions.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
