Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in restaurant service, food and beverage operations, or a similar position.
• Knowledge of food service procedures, table setting, dining etiquette, and proper customer service practices.
• Ability to take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional when dealing with customers.
• Able to handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
• Monitor customer needs during meals and provide attentive service.
• Prepare, arrange, and set tables before service and clear them after customers finish dining.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately using the restaurant’s payment system.
• Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparing dining areas and replenishing service supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant management.
