Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales management.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive sales and team management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems.
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive dealerships or vehicle distribution companies preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance processes is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership and team development expertise.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the vehicle sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve productivity and customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and financial partners.
• Handle major customer concerns and negotiations as needed.
• Ensure proper vehicle inventory management and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and after-sales departments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
