Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales management.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales and team management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automotive dealerships or vehicle distribution companies preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance processes is an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership and team development expertise.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the vehicle sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve productivity and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and financial partners.
- Handle major customer concerns and negotiations as needed.
- Ensure proper vehicle inventory management and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and after-sales departments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
