Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd. is seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Factory Workers to support the production of electronic components used in power semiconductors, MOSFETs, and electronic circuit boards. The successful candidate will assist in assembly, machine operation, quality inspection, packaging, and material handling while ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures. This role is ideal for individuals who are willing to work in a clean, fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or factory work is an advantage but may not be required depending on production needs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining product quality and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to established work instructions.
• Assemble electronic components and parts with precision and attention to detail.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects or irregularities in electronic components.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products from production lines.
• Package, label, and prepare finished electronic products for storage or shipment.
• Record production output and report quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations following 5S workplace practices.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control requirements, and company production guidelines.
• Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions when handling sensitive electronic components.
• Assist with inventory handling, material movement, and production support activities.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Observe workplace safety, environmental, and manufacturing regulations at all times.
• Perform other production and factory-related duties assigned by management.
