Physical Therapist Aide

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy
  • 2-years relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

  • Perform appropriate therapy interventions as prescribed by Physiotherapist
  • Conduct indoor / outdoor social and recreational activities for residents scheduled by Occupational Therapist / Social & Recreational Coordinator
  • Monitor residents during therapy sessions to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Adhere to Infection control practices in the nursing home facility and during therapy sessions
  • Practice diligent documentation in residents’ case notes and filing of relevant documents

Requirements:

  • Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
  • Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
  • NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
  • Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
  • PEOS certificate
  • Vax Certificate
